About this house rental
The old Fresse mill is a holiday home (furnished with 3-star tourism) in the Hautes Vosges, in Fresse-sur-Moselle, not far from the Ballon d'Alsace, Ventron and Bresse. It has two independent parts: "the Workshop" with 10 beds (renovation completed in 2017) and "The House" with 12 beds (end of renovation planned for 2019, currently unavailable).
L’Atelier, an exceptional accommodation with its multiple assets that will make your stay pleasant both inside the accommodation, outside it, or via the many activities nearby:
- A very spacious and bright apartment of 180 m² including a large open space of 70 m² on the ground floor, with wood fire, and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 10 fixed beds (no foldable beds or the like);
- Completely renovated recently, you have all the modern comfort (including wifi and SmartTV Ultra-HD connected to the cable). Upstairs, a TV (with only media player) for children can provide some peaceful moments ... if necessary;
- A huge plot of one and a half hectares bordered by a stream, makes children happy;
- 2 large terraces to enjoy the sun's rays at any time;
- An ideal location on the edge of the village which combines tranquility and nature at your feet as well as the shops nearby (you can buy your fresh bread in a grocery store located 300m from the house; 4 supermarkets 5 minutes by car);
- A central location between the Ballon d'Alsace, Ventron and La Bresse which will allow you to quickly access multiple activities including hundreds of hikes and skiing (11 km from the ski resort of Bussang, 30 km from that of la Bresse-le Hohneck). Those who want to cycle will be able to take up the challenge of the Ballon d'Alsace or appreciate the flat several tens of kilometers from the Green Way (500m from the house)

The ground floor consists of a laundry room, a separate toilet and a large open and ultra bright space of 70m² incorporating a TV corner, a lounge next to the wood fire, a large dining table and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a central island. A huge picture window will allow you to eat while looking at nature. Two large terraces will allow you to bask there. Large garden tables, barbecue and parasol are also available.
The workshop floor has 4 large bedrooms (13, 14, 15 and 20 m²), a shower room (shower 90 x 140 cm) with a sink, a large bathroom (with bath, shower 90 x 140cm and 2 sinks) and an independent toilet.
The exterior also has private access to the house, set back from the road, multiple parking spaces and a shed to safely store your skis or bikes.
