This large (80m2) quiet and charming two bedroom ground floor period apartment is just a short walk from the Palais des Papes in the historical neighborhood of the Banesterie. It is close to restaurants and all venues and yet in a very quiet part of town.
The American kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee maker, water boiler, all the required cookware and a dining set for 8.
The kitchen opens onto a private courtyard furnished with the indispensable provençal wrought iron table and a large parasol.
The bathroom is fully accessorized and includes a combination shower /tub and a sink, and a washing machine. The water closet is separate of the bathroom.
The living room with vintage chimney and the original tile floors is furnished with with 1 double and 2 single sofa beds which extends sleeping capacity to 8 if required.
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge, Iron and ironing board are available and all utilities are included.
Parking is available at Les Halles or Les Italiens (free).

Un appartement confortable et bien situé, proche de nombreux théâtres. L'accueil a pu se faire de manière très pratique.
Petit plus: malgré la chaleur, l'appartement au rdc reste frais. ..

Nous avons apprécié la proximité des théâtres, la cuisine donnant sur la cour.L'appartement est fonctionnel, modulable, appréciable pour des personnes passant la semaine du festival dans les théâtres , voulant profiter du calme la nuit et de l'air lors des petits-déjeûners. L'hôte est accomandant ( flexible etc...) et fait confiance aux locataires. La rapport qualité-prix est bon. Merci !
