Within the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park, and in the heart of the Bourgueillois vineyard. Close to the forest for hiking and mountain biking. 1.5 km from the city center and its shops. Near A 85. Privileged starting point for many tourist activities (Loire castles, gourmet stops, cities of character, Loire by bike ...).
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, small appliances ...); dining room ; living room (with television, convertible sofa for 2 people ...); Wireless ; bathroom with walk-in shower; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 bedding); storage room (with washing machine); Separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140 x 190); Separate WC; 1 small relaxation area.
Outside: enclosed courtyard with terrace, garden furniture and plancha, as well as a shelter for bicycle or motorbike.
No smoking. Not suitable for animals. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Electricity is extra on meter reading on arrival and at the exit of the gîte.

Schön gelegene großzügige Unterkunft Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Hof. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren zu den Schlössern der Loire des Cher und der Vienne Zwischen Langeais, Villandry und Saumur.
