Entire house, part of a unique architectural ensemble, former outbuildings of the Abbaye Saint-Pierre, in the medieval village of Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain where was filmed "The Chocolate" with Juliette Binoche and Johnny Depp, this cottage was completely renovated in the "Loft" style in 2016. It offers a particularly comfortable and spacious accommodation for 4 people. It is rented separately or with the neighboring cottage, The Court, allowing accommodation up to 9 people. An internal communication can even be envisaged between these two lodgings. Ideal for families or friends who want to meet while reserving privacy.

Nicht nur wegen des Films, sondern wegen der ganzen Architektur des Ortes ist Flavigny sehenswert. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. In Realität sind die Räume noch größer als sie auf den Bildern wirken. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr feundliche Seele von Mensch.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans la maison de Françoise Balthazar, à Flavigny.
La maison est bien agréable et en parfait état.
Le village est superbe.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, die Aufteilung sehr großzügig gestaltet, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet.
Die Beschreibungen der Vermieterin waren zu 100 % zutreffend. Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren hochwertig, da fehlte nichts.
Flavigny-sur-Ozerain ist ein interessanter Ort mit einigen netten Sehenswürdigkeiten, z. B. das Haus, das als Kulisse für die Chocolaterie in dem Film ´Chocolat´ diente, ein sehenswerter Film mit Juliette Binoche, Johnny Depp und Judi Dench. Und die Anisfabrik mit der Abbaye .
