House of 100 m² garden of 1200m² in a private condominium at the lake. swimming possible in front of the house, fishing (carp, pike, crayfish ...). Boat and rowing available, kayaking. Beautiful hikes possible. Boating on the lake (sailing, water skiing ...). Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Golf 18 holes Chailly Castle on Armançon 45 km. Quiet and serenity.

Ein Häuschen direkt am See, nur durch einen Wanderweg davon getrennt. Sehr schöner Garten, ausgestattet mit SUP, Ruderboot, Kanu und Grill. Grosse, neue Terrasse mit Sonnenschirmen, Mobiliar und schöner Sicht auf den See. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider ein WC mit defekter Entlüftung und ohne Fenster. Bequeme Betten. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Für Ruhesuchende in der Vorsaison ein lohnender Aufenthalt!

Très bon emplacement au bord du lac et proche de toutes commodités - petite épicerie, restaurants, plage surveillée accessibles à pied (entre 1,5km et 2 km).

Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir durften ein Ruderboot und ein Kajak benutzen, direkt am See. Die Feriensiedlung war nur von wenigen Besitzern oder Mietern (max. 20%) belegt. Wir genossen die Stille. Tagsüber wurde der See von unterschiedlichsten Wassersportlern genutzt. Am Abend hatten wir den See für uns allein, neben einigen Fischern.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. Vue imprenable sur le lac, terrasse et jardin très agréables donnant sur le lac mais sécurisé par un grillage, parfait pour les enfants.
