L'appartement est très fonctionnel avec beaucoup d'accessoires, la TV, la wifi, micro onde, four, machine à laver, casseroles, machine à café... il est très clair, propre et en très bon état. L’accueil est ponctuel, sympathique/ L'appartement est situé dans un parc ce qui permet d'être au calme mais il faut impérativement une voiture car il est assez éloigné du centre historique de Grasse.

Location propre et bien entretenue, tout comme les parties communes. Vue dégagée conforme aux photos, cuisine équipée, salon avec table à manger et canapé-lit, télé, Wifi gratuit grâce au code de la box à disposition. 1 autre chambre avec lit 2 places et placards. Sale de bains refaite à neuf, très propre, avec machine à laver. Toilettes propres. Environnement très calme. Propriétaire qui répond toujours rapidement, attentionné toujours prêt à rendre service et à fournir les informations demandées. Nous avons été accueillis par le gardien de la résidence, très aimable. Le seul défaut est que la résidence est excentrée du centre ville, il faut compter 40 minutes de marche soutenue depuis la gare (attention ça monte, beaucoup de marches à gravir, Grasse est une ville dont l'altitude va de 80 à plus de 500m, la résidence étant sur les hauteurs). Donc ne vous attendez pas à trouver des commerces de proximité au voisinage immédiat de la résidence. Comptez donc 15 minutes de marche pour descendre au centre ville qui se situe à mi-hauteur. Sinon Grasse est une ville agréable et qui mérite tout à fait sa renommée touristique ! A découvrir donc malgré les marches inhérentes à la ville !
