The best thing is the location — very central, just a few meters from the supermarket, and on a high floor, which makes it quite bright.
Communication with the host could be better — it seems automated and responses are rare. The apartment is well-equipped for longer stays but lacks basics for short ones (like salt, oil, or detergent).
The entrance stairs are quite a challenge, especially with large or heavy suitcases. The cleanliness is fine, but since the only windows facing outside are in the living room, there’s a bit of a damp smell. Everything could be improved. :)

Ci hanno consegnato le chiavi con un'ora di ritardo..cassetta vuota all'arrivo poi dopo un giro,apparse senza rispondere ai messaggi.. non abbiamo visto nessuno in accoglienza .. niente wifi.. nonostante l'appartamento fosse ristrutturato, palazzo orribile..scale fatiscenti, quarto piano senza ascensore.. doccia sgangherata.
