Fisherman's house of character at the end of the 19th century, renovated with taste and careful decoration, with a plot of 1000 m2 and facing south.
This one, located in the town of Plouhinec, offers a superb panoramic view over the bay of Audierne and the beautiful beaches of Plouhinec.
It is located 10 minutes walk from Kersiny beach.

- Entrance / cloakroom
- Living room with TV, WIFI, and insert / Dining room
- Fitted kitchen open to living room: Induction hob, Fan oven, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, kettle, Filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.
- Back kitchen with washing machine and fridge / freezer
- Shower room with shower and sink

Upstairs :
- 3 separate bedrooms: 1 160 cm bed; 1 140 cm bed; 2 beds of 90 cm

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem Blick auf den Atlantik und die Bucht von Audierne. Moderne und saubere Küchengeräte und Badezimmer. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang sowie Verabschiedung durch den ortsansässigen Freund der Familie. Vollkommen unkomplizierte Kommunikation ( auch in Englisch ) mit dem Eigentümer. Man fühlt sich in allen Belangen rundum gut betreut. Gerne immer wieder, empfehlenswert.
