Bright apartment crossing, neat services, -51 m2- composed of a large living room with terrace facing south and open view, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer) located on the 4th floor With lift. A second terrace at the back also allows you to enjoy the sun especially in the morning or a little cool evening in high season. The apartment is air conditioned.

You will have Wifi access per box and a large closed box in the basement.
The apartment has been completely renovated for up to 4 people. It is located in the city center, in a small residence standing extremely quiet, 5 minutes from the TGV station, close to the sea, shops and entertainment. (supermarket, bakery 5 minutes) The residence is located at the end of a dead end road far from the noise of traffic.
No need to travel by car in the congestion, everything is close (sandy beaches, shops, cinema, seaside)
Our animal friends are not allowed.

Location que nous avez conseillée des amis. Nous nous y sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous. Calme, douillet, moderne, rien ne manque. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la voiture n'est pas indispensable, tout est proche.

Un appartement coquet, très bien entretenu avec de bonnes prestations. Le centre ville et la mer sont accessibles rapidement. A noter la clim et les moustiquaires, deux vrais plus pour des vacances réussies !
Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute du bien être des vacanciers. Bref, un excellent choix pour découvrir St Raphaël et sa région.
