All rooms have a sea view, except the studio cabin ground floor.
Ground floor: large living room with fireplace and separate kitchen with direct access to a large wooden terrace.
1 studio-cabin consisting of a boudoir equipped with a bed in 140, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, mezzanine / coinTV with 2 extra beds (fireside),
Shower room with WC
Small outbuilding, bicycles and sea kayak available (their use is under the full responsibility of the tenants).
Shelters wood, at the back of the house. The wood is at the disposal of the tenants without supplement.
Enclosed garden, private parking not

Karine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein Ort der Ruhe, obwohl es an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegen ist. Die große Terrasse haben wir sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très bien située et grande. Nous avons bien profité de la superbe terrasse vue mer et très bien exposée équipée de transat, table de jardin et d’un barbecue. Les plages ne sont pas loin à pied. Les chambres ont une belle vue mer. Maison bien équipée, quelques éléments à remplacer (porte placard évier, baignoire) mais cela n’enlève rien au reste. Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer Karine car nous avons dû écourter notre séjour pour raisons familiales mais les échanges avec elle étaient très sympathiques et Karine s’est montré très gentille. Je recommande cette location! L’île grande est très jolie et les plages également. Par ailleurs pas loin en voiture de tregastel et ploumanach. Très bon séjour.

La situation géographique est superbe. On se croit dans un petit village et on se sent privilégié de vivre dans l’ile.
Il y a quelques aménagements à prévoir dans la maison (nous avons eu des soucis d’évacuation des eaux usagées), La maison a besoin d’être aérée mais des efforts sont faits en ce sens par les propriétaires.
