About this house rental
Large, very comfortable house with a hedge enclosed garden of 3,500 m2 located in Santec in a very quiet environment just 30 meters from the beach. Designed by an architect, the house offers beautiful volumes bathed in sunlight. It is tastefully furnished mixing some Breton furniture with modern pieces and decoration. Upstairs, balcony windows offer spectacular views of the sea and Ile de Batz. The house is bordered to the south and west by large terraces which allow whatever the orientation of the sun or wind, to live fully outdoors. A small path at the end of the garden leads directly to the beach.
The house offers three bedrooms upstairs (two with a 160 cm bed and one with a 180 cm bed) and a bathroom, and one bedroom (160 cm bed) with a private bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen which opens onto the two terraces is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, and grill. bread.

We have visited Santec in November and the weather as expected was seasonal. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location for beach walking. It was simply wonderful to be returning from our excursions to a warm and comfortable house. In fact everything about the house was excellent! Loved it!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa. Nous avons particulièrement appréciée l’accueil de sa propriétaire, Susan. La vue mer de l’étage est magnifique, l’immense jardin est parfaitement entretenu et la villa est rénovée et très bien équipée. À bientôt !
