Excellent option for a student. I was a student at ISIPCA for two weeks. Paul, the owner, is always available physically or by WhatsApp to help. Everything is available within a few minutes walk - public transportation to Paris, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Please be aware this is a studio/efficiency. The shower and kitchen are tiny according to US standards.Also be aware that this apartment has no air-conditioning or ceiling fans. Normally, this is not a problem. But the weeks I was there, France was facing a heat wave. I had to use the pedestal fan every night. Overall, I recommend this place. It was less expensive than other options I had checked.

We stayed for a few weeks and it was perfect. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Right near the market and pubic transportation is super easy. Beautiful area to walk around as well. Highly recommend.

Mr Brt1's apartment is super clean and comfortable, with everything you can ever use in your daily life, you are also assured with sound sleeps in the quiet nights. Perfect location, you can find the famous chateau,parks with refreshing air, and charming exotic markets within short walk. the owner mr.Brt1 is a very charming, kind and knowledgeable french man, we all missed him even before we left! definitely recommend!!

Je vous recommande tout particulièrement cet hébergement aux finitions très très soignées et de qualité. Propreté, esthétique de l'ameublement, éclairage doux, parquet miel, chauffage performant, en font un lieu de cocooning, calme et lumineux. Un coup de coeur en plein centre de Versailles, un accueil et des conseils au top par un propriétaire avenant et prévenant !
