The location is excellent, and the facilities are all there. The accommodation is nice for a single traveller or a couple. However, there was a temporary problem: on arrival, the boiler didn't work. I asked to be moved to a different accommodation while they fixed it, which was done. It was an inconvenience, but things happen.
Be aware that the bathroom and shower are very narrow, and if you are tall or large, they might be uncomfortable. The bed is a sofa bed - not ideal.

Good location, clean aparrment, comfortable bedstead, all necessary equipments are in place.
Inside the building (not in the apartment) smells with dempness. No soap and shampoo. Toilet with bathroom too narrow. After shower you have to open the doоr of toilet, to dry yourself.
