About this apartment rental

Charming apartment of 30M2 located in the Araucarya residence, quiet area, close to the center of the resort, children's village, aquariaz (aquatic center).

Ski in and out.

The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, storage cupboard and flat screen tv.

An independent sleeping area with bunk bed, storage drawer.

A living room with flat screen tv, convertible sofa offering a real double bed (bultex mattress) and a dining area for 6 people.

A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave / grill oven, 1 classic coffee maker and 1 nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue and all the necessary cooking.

A bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet

Wifi internet in the apartment.

Ski room

Cot and high chair are available in the apartment.

Laundromat at the foot of the residence

 Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen provided.

The apartment is warm, friendly, carefully decorated and ideal for families

I can only recommend this apartment! Very good communication with the owner. The location was great. Especially when we discovered the public lift across the street from the apartment. We will come back for sure!

Great communication with the host. Cozy apartment. Everything we needed for a self catering week. Easy enough to ski to and from, with the use of 2 public lifts nearby

excellent and well located holiday home, good communication with the owner and everything available in the house that makes a good and smooth holiday possible. The only downside is the small double bed and the poor quality of the mattress

the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Avoriaz in our case in the summer. good views of the mountains, quiet , plenty to keep your children occupied in Avoriaz and plenty of places to visit in the area, Chamonix was a hit as was Evian les Bains and swimming in lac Leman . The aquariaz in Morzine is good if you dont want to drive , several supermarkets, bakers etc. Being in the mountains dont expect any flat bits! We had a wonderful time and Estelle was a perfect owner , replied quickly , excellent english for the technical bits and provides a first class place to stay . Merci bien Hy Estelle . A great stay at a great price .
