T3 spacious 45m2 refurbished and very well equipped:
1 living room with kitchen area: oven, microwave, electric hob, toaster, 2 coffee machines (senseo and electric), dishwasher, fridge freezer, 80cm flat screen TV, internet, wifi.
2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds open on the garden and the other with double bed open on the covered terrace (the bedding is very good)
Bathroom with storage, wc, shower cabin.
The living room opens onto the terrace through a large picture window.
The terrace is made up of a covered part of approximately 15 M2 (under the arches) where the outdoor lounge for the aperitif is located!
and an open area of approximately 25 m2 with large table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue.
This very large secure terrace will delight young and old alike. It is bordered by orange, lemon and oleander trees.
The most from this year: the creation of a ZEN space with professional SPA all options and covered for the safety of the little ones.
Rest, relaxation and freshness are provided by trees of various species around the terrace: olive trees, myrtle, arbutus, magnolia, pine, camphor, jasmine ......, much appreciated after a long day of work! (tanning and swimming).

Everything was excellent, the apartment is beautiful and the outside area most pleasant and calming with jacuzzi. It is ideally situated both for walking to the beach and also for the Aqualand and supermarket. A place of peace and calm to relax to after a busy day! It's worth noting that the main railway line is fairly close by and so you can hear the regular sound of passing trains but this didn't bother me, and actually found it quite soothing.
I certainly hope to visit again sometime in the future.

This is in an excellent location about 350 metres from the beach at St Cyr sur mer. As shown in the photos there is private outdoor space in a yard ideal for sitting outside in the evenings. The spa pool is excellent and is private and not overlooked in any way.
Sadly a neighboour was having some work done and in the day time we were frequcntly disturbed by noisy equipment. This should only be a temporary situation!
All in all an excellent spot for enjoying the beach, bars and restaurants of this small town.
