Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Hof mit Bäumen (und auf einen dünnen Streifen Meer über / neben dem Nachbarhaus). Brauchbare Balkonmöbel. Gut und modern ausgestattete Küche. Grosser Esstisch. Alle Geräte und Einrichtungen haben gut funktioniert. Gute Verdunkelungs-Möglichkeiten der Fenster. Es war schon etwas Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Öl u.ä. da. Angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Betreuerin. Nähe zum Meeresufer und zu Restaurants.
Unbequemes Sofa (Bettsofa) im Wohnzimmer: zu lange Sitzfläche, kurze Rückenlehne. Knappe Möblierung im Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten. Man hört gelegentlich Motorräder auf der benachbarten Strasse vorbeirasen (die Autos mit normaler Geschwindigkeit und die Frösche stören hingegen kaum). Die Fenster in WC und Badezimmer sind klein und schwierig zu öffnen. Kaum praktische Ablage-Flächen im Badezimmer. Ziemlich starker Nachhall in der Kombination von Wohnzimmer und Küche.

La disposition de l’appartement est très pratique, avec un grand séjour, un balcon, les toilettes séparées. On dispose de la fibre, d’une cuisine bien équipée. La décoration est originale (toute notre enfance 😆). L’emplacement assez proche de la plage, tous types de commerce à proximité.
Le canapé pas très confortable, le garage beaucoup trop étroit pour les voitures modernes. Obligé de sortir par le coffre de notre Kia EV6…
