Delightfully situated in a charming, residential, QUIET hamlet along the Rance estuary but only 5 mins from the resort of Dinard with its beaches, 8 mins from St Malo - walled city terminal ferry , 20 mins from the Medieval city of Dinan and only 40 mins by car of Mt St Michel.
This renovated 18th Century cottage with original oak beams and open fireplace, just close to the village La Richardais, is in Cancaval's cove (only 1min walk by a little path in front of the gate), at 300 metres from typical castle (Montmarin - Château des Corsaires XVIIIème, with its superb park;

Idyllic little cottage, very peaceful and quiet.Great access to La Rance for open water swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding etc.Veronique is a great host and very knowledgeable about the area.Plenty of options for eating out and St Malo only 20 minutes drive away.Property doesn’t have WiFi, but mobile phone signal is strong enough for decent internet access.

We‘ve spent a fantastic week at this place. Nice and cosy house, beautiful garden and perfect base for trips and excursions - or to take a day off and relax. Last but not least very friendly hosts. Merci beaucoup!

Une propriétire qui vous fait aimer sa maison, très agréable jardin, le luxe du calme et de la situation (sentiers au départ de la maison, et à 10 minutes de Dinard.). Dépaysement assuré..
