The house is located just one hundred meters from the beach which can be reached via a small path. Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for spending a relaxing holiday. The cozy living room with dining table and kitchenette opens directly onto the garden, as does the first bedroom. The house is equipped with wi fi, flat screen TV and heat pumps for air conditioning or heating. A spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, equipped with washing machine complete the ground floor. On the first floor, the second double bedroom, in Provencal style, overlooking the garden with sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and fridge / freezer. For your summer dinners and lunches you can take advantage of the patio in the garden with barbeque, or relax in the shade of the mimosa and enjoy the tranquility of the place.

In the nearby hamlet of Latte, less than a kilometer away, you can find a well-stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, the laundry and the post office as well as a pizzeria and bar. The world-famous Hambury gardens with an incredible variety of local and exotic plants and the prehistoric Balzi Rossi museum are practically one step away. For those who love social life, you can take advantage of Montecarlo with its casinos and its nightlife. On the Italian side you will have an inland full of small villages to visit where you can taste the food and wine specialties of the region.

We enjoyed our stay at Ventimiglia. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the little beach that we had easy access to.
Our only complaint would be that it was not stocked well and we had to run out and buy toilet paper because there was a small partial roll there.

We Enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home . After arriving in Riviera Area and seeing staying on the beach would of been crazy and crowded we would be Much more comfortable in Ventimiglia in this off the road but very close to everything was more than perfect for us . Corrador and Maria were great to work with, were very helpful their home was perfect for my husband and I who love peace and quite. I was able to cook a couple of meals. And relax in the evenings, located to easy access to all the places were wanted to visit . We loved it here .
