About this apartment rental
Bel intramural apartment of 75 m2 on the 1st floor center overlooking a square, very comfortable for 4-5 people. Renovated in early 2014, contemporary decor.
Stay- very bright living room with a bed (soundproofing) .TV flat screen 116 cm, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerator ...) two quiet rooms (1 bed 160.2 beds 80cm), fitted bathroom (shower, washing machine, dryer), separate toilet. Many closets.
Located near the beaches and shops.
Free Internet access, available parking card.
Miscellaneous: Non-smoking lease, no pets allowed.

Wonderful flat in absolutely stunning location, overlooking one of the main squares I.M. albeit being really quiet (at least in pre-season). Flat feels like home, fully equipped. Big bonus for guests arriving by car is the underground parking just in front of the Muros. Thanks a lot to the great host.

Great place in St. Malo right in the city center. Very nice welcome by the host. Very clean apartment which offers everything needed for a great stay! We'd be happy to come again.

Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.L'appartement est magnifique. Il est aménagé et décoré avec goût et tout y a été pensé pour passer des moments agréables. Il est idéalement situé au centre de la ville (intra muros). Le parking est vraiment appréciable, la voiture y est restée toute la semaine. Nous avons tout fait à pied, en bus et en bateau.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les représentations des artistes qui se déroulaient sur la place en face de l'appartement.

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten im Geschehen.
Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar: Stadtzentrum, Einkauf und Strand! Perfekte Lage!
Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Übergabe der Wohnung waren unkompliziert und herzlich. Mit ein paar "Französischkenntnissen" haben wir uns gut verständigen können. Danke für den Cidre und die kleinen "Kuchen".
Die Parkkarte für die Tiefgarage, nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt, ist wirklich ein Segen und machte den Urlaub noch entspannter!
Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
