About this house rental
To enjoy the Lake Annecy and the quiet Talloires bay we offer you the rental of a beautiful single family house of 200 sq.m (sleeps 10 to 15 people) with a balcony and a terrace overlooking a garden planted with trees of 6500 sq.m that leads to the lake and offers a unique view. Privileged direct access to the lake, private dock and mooring buoy for a boat, all the comfort of a spacious house to share with family and friends. All of our bedrooms have a view over the lake.

Superbe maison avec vue magique!!! nous étions 11 adultes et 2 enfants et nous n'avons pu qu'adorer cette maison: grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le lac, espace, fonctionnalité c'est une maison qui vit...
Balançoire pour les enfants dans le grand terrain, accès direct au lac!!
le feu dans la cheminée est bien agréable le soir.. table à l'exterieur pour les repas sur la terrasse.. transats pour profiter du soleil, calme absolu.. le seul bémol :les oiseaux qui ont mangé certains chocolats et déposés la veille au soir de Paques dans le grand jardin et ont laissé les papiers.. hihi
possibliité de louer des vélos pas loin.. on est tous enchantés

We were a group of nine adults and one child and we stayed for a week this past summer. The home was perfect. The views from every room in the house are spectacular. The town of Talloires is a delight and easily accessible by foot from the house. The house has plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I hope to return sometime soon!

Educatrice dans un foyer de vie, nous avons louée cette maison pour notre séjour avec des personnes handicapées mentaux. Notre séjour fut très agréable, la maison est super bien équipée,les chambres sont spacieuses et la maison est très propre. Une vue imprenable sur le lac d'Annecy nous a totalement éblouie.Un très bonne accueil surtout qui nous as permis de nous sentir à l'aise.
