About this house rental
Very nice house near the lake and 2 steps from the bike path. An enclosed, peaceful, shaded and spacious garden. A beautiful swimming pool in the shape of a swimming lane, bordered by a terrace welcoming your barbecues and sunbathing. This green setting is a real treat for both the eyes and the spirit while remaining close to all amenities.
In the garden, you can easily enjoy swimming and playing in our heated salt-treated pool, as well as a well-deserved idleness on the deckchairs after a bike ride to Annecy or a walk on the Chemin des Roseliers at edge of the lake. Many departures are possible from the house or by car if you want to reach the Bauges or Aravis mountains. You can also take advantage of the Saint Jorioz sailing base located 400m from the house and which offers many rentals (paddle, catamaran, windsurfing ...) or sailing courses. Also nearby, an Acropark for children "La Criq 'Parc" awaits you for a very privileged moment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in St Jorioz. The house is modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It’s beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The big kitchen, dining, and living spaces inside are perfect.The outdoor areas are fabulous and the garden has great views of the surrounding mountains. There's a fantastic warm pool that our kids absolutely loved. They also enjoyed the playhouse and the lawn mower they named "Speedy." Claire was a fantastic host and is very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions.The location is superb, right on the cycle path, making it easy to get the kids out and about. It’s a pleasant walk into the centre of Saint-Jorioz or down to the lakefront. Overall, we had an amazing week and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this lovely holiday home!

Beautiful house, as described online. Interior decor was superb with lovely touches throughout. The pool outside was much larger than expected, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Loads to do in the area, highlight being the lake. Timothy was a delight to see each day and became a much loved robopet!

We had a wonderful holiday here with extended family. Claire has been a very welcoming host, making us feel right at home. The chalet is in a great location for walking to the local “beach” on the lake, renting kayaks and getting treats at the excellent bakery. The kids adored the pool. Thank you!
