About this house rental
New house (2014) on one level labeled 3 stars, located 200 meters from Pors-Carn beach and Pors-Carn - La Torche surf school.
Personal welcome by the owners.
House available all year round for tourist rental. For 6 people maximum.
The house is located in a quiet area close to shops and the port of Saint-Guénolé. The rental has WIFI internet access.
A fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle).
A large living room including the kitchen, the living room with 2 sofas, a DVD player and a 32-inch flat screen.
3 bedrooms with beds for 2 people. The bedding is new and of quality. In the master bedroom, you have a 160x200 bed (large), a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower.
In the 2nd bedroom, 1 140x200 bed, very bright bedroom (chest of drawers and wardrobe).
In the 3rd bedroom, 2 90x200 beds with wardrobe.
A separate WC from the bathroom.
A second toilet in the large bathroom, double sink, a large walk-in shower.
Towels and bed linen are not provided (rental possible).
Cellar: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
Most of the house 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms for a single storey house.
Outside, garden furniture (6 chairs), 2 deckchairs, barbecue.
Bathroom linen rental 8 euros and bed linen 15 euros.

We had a wonderful stay at Delphine‘s apartment. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, so you can easily walk there in your wetsuit. Neighborhood was quiet and people very friendly. Delphine welcomed us personally and was always available. Highly recommended!!
