Private, unfenced grounds. Garden furniture, sun loungers. Barbecue. Parking. In the beautiful Normandy countryside, this 16th-century farmhouse is remarkable. With its pond, orchards, and tranquility, it invites relaxation. The owners have converted a former stone barn (built using traditional earth and straw construction techniques) into a spacious family holiday home. Bathed in light thanks to its large windows, the living room, finished in lime and hemp plaster, is particularly appealing. A beautiful Norman wardrobe stands alongside a contemporary solid elm staircase. It's a room perfect for sharing moments together. There are numerous and varied excursions to be made in the Coutances region (the Vanlée harbor, Hambye Abbey, the Pointe d'Agon, Coutances Cathedral, etc.).
