Bright T2, 2 to 4 people, 56 m2 on the first floor of a residence with a code, very well located 100 m from the railway station and 800 from the main beach of the furrow.
Close to shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, market 2 times a week ...), cinema close by. bus stop in front of the apartment
About 15 minutes walk from the old walled city.
The apartment consists of a bedroom (140cm bed), a kitchen, a living room (sofa bed 2 places), a loggia and a private parking.
Household equipment: washing machine, oven with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc ...

Linen provided free of charge (sheets, towels, kitchen towels).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est agréable quoique un peu plus éloigné de St Malo intra-muros qu'annoncé. Cela est compensé par la proximité de l'arrêt de bus y menant.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement propre calme bien équipé propriétaire très agréable et arrangeante seul petit bémol, la robinetterie au niveau salle de bain et cuisine

Vajilla en malas condiciones (platos viejos y desconchados). Cubiertos de mala calidad y todos distintos. Pocos vasos y viejos. Tazas sucias y desconchadas. Sin jabón ni champú ni bolsas de basura de cortesía.
El resto todo bien.
Conclusión: si no usas la cocina, el apartamento es correcto.
