About this chalet rental
At an altitude of 1200 m, in Saint-Sauveur in the heart of a small typical village of the Hautes Alps with several hamlets, this recent chalet made with larch wood will take you into a mountain universe thanks to its neat and typical decoration and its mountain furniture made with larch wood and Swiss pine. With excellent sun exposure from morning to evening, you will be able to enjoy the big covered terrace even in winter with magnificent view to the valley, the Serre- Ponçon Lake and the surrounding mountain. Away from roads, you will enjoy the absolute calmness of the big closed tree filled garden where children can play safely. In winter, you are 10 minutes away from the Orres ski resort and 20 minutes away from the family ski resort of Crevoux. You can leave directly from the chalet either to go for a walk or snow shoeing in the forest, or to discover the mountain while hiking or mountain biking through the tens of marked paths or to cross the mythical mountain pass of the Alps nearby. You are 10 minutes away from the Serre-Ponçon Lake and the Embrun Lake with its supervised beach where you can go swimming in summer. You will also be able to discover the rich not only natural but also cultural heritage (visit to the dam of Serre-Ponçon, the Cistercian Abbey of Boscodon, the cathedral of Embrun, the Fort of Vauban de Montdauphin nearby). Around 120 sq.m. On the first floor, there is a dining room and a living room with a flat screen television, an open plan kitchen with quality equipment (SIEMENS pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, Liebher freezer, Kenwood mixer, Magimix percolator…), a bathroom, separate toilets, and a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm and a television. Furniture made with larch wood and Swiss pine by a cabinetmaker from the village. South oriented terrace with a larch wood lunch table for 10 people. On the second floor, there are 4 bathrooms; 1 bed of 160 cm, 2 beds of 140 cm, 2 beds of 80 cm and a pull out bed of 80 cm. It is possible to get 2 cribs (0-4 years old). There is a bathroom and a separate toilet with a sink. There is quality linen. Underground, there is a garage of 80 sq.m for 2 cars where you can find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Ping-Pong table, and a WEBER barbecue.

Belle propriété très propre avec beaucoup d'espace, décorée avec gout et chaleureuse dans le visuel mais sans chauffage dans le salon séjour cuisine et l'interdiction de se servir de la cheminée. Nous sommes donc restés couverts et avons passé un agréable séjour.

Chacun a pu trouver des activités à son goût : randonnée, vélo de descente, baignade , pêche.

Chalet très bien équipé qui est au calme dans un petit village qui surplombe la vallée et le lac de serre ponçon .
