- ground floor: a living room of 32 m2 with sofas, chairs, TV

- 3 bedrooms: one with a bed 140, one with a bed 160, one with 2 bunk beds, the latter with shower and sink

Nice chalet in convenient location with short walk to the slopes. We had a large group of two families with 6 teenage children between us and the layout of the chalet allowed the kids to sit together separate from the adults if/when they wanted. Wood burner upstairs made the chalet very cosy. Good cooking facilities. Host was very friendly with great communication and sorted out a couple of minor problems quickly; very good communications at all times. We would use the chalet again without hesitation.

Un chalet très charmant, à l'emplacement idéal pour skier, se promener et profiter du village du puy st Vincent 1400.
Nous avons apprécié les environs, quelques promenades dans la montagne et le soleil qui est très appréciable sur la terrasse à midi-13h pour un apéro après les pistes.
Nous avons néanmoins regretté que l'entretien du chalet reste très sommaire, avec un prix de ménage de 80 euros mais beaucoup de choses a relaver à notre arrivée (notamment dans la cuisine). Nous nous y sommes senti bien, mais des progrès sur l'entretien général sont à apporter aux vues du prix de la location.
Concernant les draps, il est a noté que 8 lits sont simples et donc nécessitent des draps de 90 et que 2 lits sont double et nécessite des draps de 160 pour être confortable. Nous avions heureusement prévus plus de draps que nécessaire, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir tous dormir sur des lits propres.
L'ambiance générale du chalet reste très appréciable pour des vacances en famille.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances à Puy-Saint-Vincent. Maison spacieuse, terrasse sympa, patio au 1er pour les jours maussades et une grande table pour les repas tous ensemble. C'est un chalet convivial et chaleureux.
