Aiora Aqua Resort

Good, beautiful, quiet and pleasant hotel, truly worthy of its 4 stars. The hotel and grounds are well designed and well maintained. There is a serene atmosphere. We had a beautifully decorated room with a swim-up pool and a large sun lounger on the terrace, which is highly recommended (if you don't have noisy neighbours). As a result, we spent less time at the communal swimming pool with music, where it was also more difficult to find a sun lounger. There is a second swimming pool area, aimed at children (slide, etc.). All-inclusive drinks and food are really OK, good meal buffets, a clean restaurant with a pleasant outdoor terrace (except for the stray cats...) and friendly staff. Spacious room, spacious shower. Good beds, which is very important. Good cleaning service. A number of free parking spaces in front of and next to the hotel, always found a space available. In the immediate vicinity, a number of shops and restaurants, Lothiarika beach with paid sun loungers and parasols. Further away (car/transport required) is e.g. Pefkos with many shops and restaurants and a lively centre, Lindos (recommended!), Rhodos city etc. Friendly staff at reception, always willing to provide information or help – we asked for clothes hangers and had a blocked sink, and everything was sorted within 10 minutes, which is great service. I had also sent a special request in advance due to my medical limitations, and this was taken into account very well, for which I would like to thank the hotel management once again, much appreciated. This hotel pleasantly surprised us, among other things by effectively providing the service it promises (which is not a given these days). It has a lot of potential.

A bit of a shame, but a bit more attention could/should be paid to - the (quality and service of) drinks, - the (look and service of) bars, - the (quality and look of) seats and sunbeds by the swimming pools, - the (quality of) evening entertainment, the level of which is not entirely in line with the rest of the services in the hotel. I am sure you can undoubtedly do better. For example, different music is played outside during the evening activities and inside in the evening bar, with one type of music drowning out the other, which is very unpleasant. It is difficult to understand the organisers/management have not noticed this themselves. If these topics were to be resolved, the hotel would realise its full potential.

New and modern hotel, trendy rooms especially these with balcony&pool, good location, good food every evening with variations, snack bar pizzas and salads was also tasty, friendly staff

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Aiora Resort in Grecia e nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La struttura è davvero bella e ben curata, con camere spaziose e piscine di alto livello, perfette per rilassarsi e per i bambini. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile e attento, soprattutto nei confronti dei più piccoli, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tuttavia, il cibo è risultato piuttosto ripetitivo, soprattutto per i bambini. Durante la nostra settimana di soggiorno, l’angolo Kids proponeva quasi esclusivamente nuggets, sofficini e patatine, senza molta varietà. Questo ha un po’ limitato le scelte per i nostri bimbi e ci è sembrato un aspetto da migliorare. Inoltre, i servizi messi a disposizione dall’hotel si sono rivelati un po’ scarsi rispetto alle aspettative. Nonostante ciò, la bellezza della location e la gentilezza del personale hanno compensato queste mancanze. Consigliato per famiglie che cercano comfort e tranquillità, ma con la consapevolezza che la varietà del cibo e i servizi potrebbero essere migliorati.
