Located in Haute-Savoie, in Publier 1.5km from the center of Evian-les-Bains, apartment in excellent condition of 72 m2 with a 25 m2 terrace for 4 people (possibility of 6 beds with convertible sofa + 1 child bed on fireside chair), located on the 2nd floor in a small building of 2 levels (no elevator).
2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds).
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, combi oven, Nespresso machine, stone grill, fondue set) open to a large living room with TV, DVD player, 2 sofas (2 and 3 places, the largest of which is convertible) ) and a coffee table.
Main room opening onto the fully equipped terrace (table, chairs, sun loungers, plancha, parasol) with 180 ° view of Lake Geneva.
A bathroom with double sink and bathtub equipped with a washing machine, ironing equipment.
Separate WC.
Plenty of storage.
Sheets and towels provided.
Non smoking accommodation and no pets allowed.
Cleaning provided at end of stay except kitchen (dishes to be made clean and tidy).

A lovely place to stay with fantastic views of lake Geneva, even better than the photos !
You definitely need a car to get around though, but not a problem if you hire one like we did.
Hope to be back again next year !

Een heel mooi en goed luxe ingericht appartement.
En een prachtig uitzicht op het meer van Geneve vanaf het zeer grote terras.
En een extra pluspunt een heel fijn zwembad bij het complex.
Cecile en Nadia zijn hele goede zorgverleners, alles was aanwezig in het appartement en opgemaakte bedden. Fantastisch een echte aanrader.

Rien à redire de négatif sur cette location, vue magnifique sur le Léman, résidence calme, appartement très bien équipé, rien n'y manquait.
Lits fait à l'arrivée, à ce sujet, à nouveau merci à Nadia et Christian pour leur accueil et leur conseil.
Pas d'hésitation si nous devions revenir dans la région, nous poserions à nouveau nos bagages ici.
