L'emplacement de l'appartement est bien situé. Proche des commerces. Endroit calme. Pas mal de petites choses à disposition. Sel. Épices. Torchon de cuisine etc. Les lits confortables. Appartement très propre. Et la personne qui a remis les clés en arrivant très sympa.

Les volets électriques de la salle à manger en panne. Et petite suggestion il manque une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain.

Le placement et le parking en face du bâtiment très bien.

Super appartement avec 3 chambres, Idéal pour une famille. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Annecy.

Having an elevator is always a plus. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a toilet room alongside the bathroom was nice. The host did meet us to show us around and seemed very kind but the communication with her when an issue arose was disappointing as she did not respond. Was right next to a grocery store that was well stocked.

There was no functioning wifi at this property. They had the login on the fridge but it wasn’t actually connected to the internet. When we attempted to contact the owner, we never heard from her again. Not ideal whatsoever when 2/4 of our guests do not have service here and rely on wifi. There was only 1 garbage in the entire place and the directions to where we throw the garbage out was not adequate as we could not find the garbage shoot. We also had to search for hand towels to have in the bathroom. The dining room blinds weren’t working and neither was the bathtub.
