Appartement très propre, bien équipé, et idéalement situé à Saint-Malo Intramuros, hôte vraiment très gentil et très arrangeant. Il s'est adapté à nos contraintes et a tout fait pour que nous passions un très bon séjour.

Die Wohnung liegt super nah am Meer und ist in einem sehr schönen alten Haus. Man kann von dort aus sowohl schnell zum Strand als auch in die Stadt laufen. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Der Vermieter gab uns den Tipp das Auto an einem Park and Ride außerhalb des Stadtkerns abzustellen, was eine praktische und zugleich günstige Lösung war und wir das Auto nicht benötigt haben. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ich könnte mir sehr gut vorstellen nochmal dorthin zu fahren.

Nous sommes venues à 5 personnes mais nous devions être que 4. Gerard a gentiment proposé de nous rajouter un matelas!
Notre hôte est joignable et répond rapidement, de plus il est très agréable.
En ce qui concerne son logement: l’emplacement est parfaite dans intra-muros, écarté du « centre » pour éviter les bruits et le monde mais très proche on y est en 3 minutes à pieds. L’océan se trouve à 30 mètres de l’appartement. Et deux accès à la plage à même pas 5 minutes.
Je recommande grandement cet appartement il est plutôt bien équipé : four, micro onde, cafetière, 2 plaques de cuissons, assiettes, couverts...
un canapé convertible, un lit de deux personnes avec salle de bain avec baignoire.

Appartement bien sauf pas de cafetière électrique et avoir plus d explication concernant le parking. Nous pensions avoir une place privée mais c était payant. Garer la voiture à l extérieur des ramparts et se déplacer en bus. Il serait préférable de le signaler pour budgeter. Sinon c était parfait propriétaire super sympa merci
