Facing south, very sunny and the ground floor composed mainly of picture windows. Entrance through an electric gate. Terrace with teak table and seats (max. 16 place settings) with barbecue. Exterior lighting. Individual and general electric curtain closure
On the lawn in front of a large massif of anabelles, 4 tables in multicolored painted sheet metal and matching seats.
Eurosel-lit swimming pool (13x7) heated to 28 ° at the end of April to October 15. Electric curtain.
Many deckchairs. Buoys.

It consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped American kitchen: microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, extractor and dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine and fridge-freezer, machine Nespresso and Tassimo, toaster, ice maker.
Large dining room (12/14 covers possible) with several dishes and glassware services.
In a row: two lounges with sofas, open stone fireplace from the 18th century extending onto a pool-house with sofa and poufs overlooking the adjoining swimming pool, a shower and separate toilets
Upstairs, large bedroom (double bed 160) with balcony and adjoining bathroom with multi-jet tub and two sinks. Hair dryer and towel warmer.
Bedroom 2 with its double bed and an extra bed for one person.

This house is great! Pool and tennis, ocean view, nature, city center and beach 800m, EVERYTHING. Great vacation! The hosts are really nice, helpful and easy to communicate with.

We really had a wonderfull stay! Noelle and Philipe were very gently and everything was just perfect: the family-house, everthing we needed was there, the big warm swimmingpool, the tenniscourt. Thank you very much for the stay and we would love to come back!!

We really enjoyed our two weeks vacation. Noelle is a great hostess and very helpful in all situations during our stay.
With the very nice pool and tennis court we almost didn‘t feel the need to leave the property! The town is very nice with lots of nice restaurants and bars to go to. We enjoyed the market days on Friday and Tuesday in Villers-sur-Mer.

Lovely house and pool, garden quite small, tennis courts shared with owners house so not exclusive, some minor renovations required such as patio door locks not working, door handles falling off, pool cover automated but old and fragile.
