Old farm built in 1911 by our great grandfather, located 300m from the picturesque village of Kerhinet (local produce market every Thursday in summer, Inn ...), on the GR39 from Mont Saint-Michel to Guérande , in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, a few kilometers from La Baule, Guerande, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer, Le Croisic, La Turballe and Piriac sur Mer. 1.5 km from all amenities. Cottage classified 3 stars in 2019 by the Gites de France of Loire-Atlantique. Large living room of 50m2. Large garden. Free WIFI.

Great house. Lots of kitchen equipment which is often lacking in similar properties. Philippe was very helpful and friendly with good recommendations for local activities.

Fantastic gite - very comfortable and clean and very well equipped. Philippe was very welcoming and kind - great communications and even brought us fresh potatoes and courgettes grown in his garden. The surrounding area is beautiful and very interesting - lots to do and see. We highly recommend a stay at Kerampion.

Ideal base to travel the area. Very friendly and helpful host. Very clean and spacious gite. Only improvement would have been heating instructions as the evenings went cool and garden chairs to be able to spend sometime relaxing in the large garden

Such a beautiful place to stay, a little gem tucked away in a fantastic location. Everything was perfect for us and we were made to feel really welcome.
The host welcomed us and was also there to see us on our way.
