Just a few minutes from the beaches, this pleasant house of 100 m² located in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Welcoming, fully equipped and offering a haven of tranquillity thanks to its garden, it can accommodate up to 6 people in an ideal setting, between sea and nature.
Outside, you will enjoy a fenced garden, perfect for letting your children play in complete peace of mind. The 30 m² terrace, fitted with garden furniture, will be ideal for sharing your meals outdoors and enjoying beautiful sunny days.
Inside, from the entrance, you access a large, friendly living space combining the living room, dining room and open kitchen. The living room area, consisting of a comfortable sofa and a television, invites relaxation after a day by the water. The dining table can comfortably accommodate 6 people for warm meals. The open and functional American-style kitchen also has a small table and is fully equipped: gas hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook just like at home.
At night, the 3 bedrooms are located upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) as well as a single bed (90x190)
A bathroom with a bathtub is available upstairs, and an independent toilet is located on the ground floor.
Three parking spaces are available within the property itself.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron, and a travel cot.
