The cottage, classified 3 ears GDF, is located in an old farmhouse, completely independent and without vis-à-vis, very quiet, with owner nearby
It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a chair and a cot.
Hiking trails nearby including the GR 22, 3 km from the manor of Courboyer Nocé, as well as forests, ponds, recreation center, many opportunities for equestrian walks & walks.

The rental house was better than expected. The area was more beautiful than I had hoped and the only sounds were the birds and the gentle breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à La Morinière.
Le cadre est charmant. La maison très pratique et confortable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son côté chaleureux après nos promenades dans la belle campagne environnante (séjour en février...).
Nos hôtes ont été particulièrement attentionnées. Merci à elles !

La maison est bien située, au calme.
Mais faites attention tout n'est pas au top.
Quand nous sommes arrivé le lave vaisselle et le lave linge étaient hors service et dans le jardin il n'y avait qu' 1 chaise longue sur les 2 de disponible pendant toute la semaine.
Les araignées, de type faucheux, étaient là aussi à notre arrivée. Avis aux amateurs!
Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, il faut éviter de dormir dans la chambre du bas ; car quand quelqu'un tire de l'eau dans les bâtiments d'à côté un terrible bruit de canalisation sous pression peut tirer quelqu'un de son sommeil (c'était le cas pour nous et souvent tôt le matin).
Et petit détail en plus, la toiture doit être remise en état, car en cas d'orage il y a infiltration dans la cuisine.
