Independent house with character, pleasantly located, 3 mins walk from the center of Carteret and the marina, 1 km from a beautiful sandy beach with lifeguard. A very quiet private enclosed garden facing south offers a splendid view of a park and pond that borders it. Departure for the Channel Islands 1 km away.
Many activities will be offered around:
sailing school (300m), canoeing and kayaking (1km), cape de Carteret with its exceptional site for hiking, Mont Saint Michel (UNESCO) (90km), landing beaches (D. Day) (45km ), the island of Tatihou listed as World Heritage by UNESCO (50km), visit the botanical garden of Vauville with its many exotic plants, the house of Jacques Prévert (Museum) in Omonville la Petite at 25km, Port Racine, the smallest port in France in Saint-Germain-des-Vaux, the famous Coutances Cathedral (13th century) 50km,

Jolie propriété proche du centre de Carteret, lumineuse et agréable, bien équipée. Un seul bémol : peu ou pas de rangements dans les chambres car tout est trop encombré. Ce problème a été signalé et pris en compte par le propriétaire.
