It lies between the seafront promenade and the ancient part of San Pedro, 5 minutes away from Puerto Banus, in the new expanding area towards Marbella beach called The New ALCANTARA. Its exact location is on the sea front promenade next to the Italian restaurant Da Bruno and the roundabout of the fishing boat (Barco Pesquero).
Its privileged position allows it to be surrounded by 5 km of the best areas of entertainment, Marbella's sunny beaches, fun and glamor of Puerto Banus and the 12 best golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

We loved the apartment. Everything was clean and functional. The owners were friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing problem which was not their fault at all and they resolved the problem promptly. They were always available. The property location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Puerto Banus is very close by, and Marbella center as well. The pool was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return.!!

Ideal location for a family holiday, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children and had a great time in Sharbel's apartment.
The apartment is very nice and is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony that sleeps 6 people comfortably.
The pool area is clean and there are sun loungers. The pool is about just over 20m in length and there is a lifeguard from about 12pm to 8pm. The lifeguard also keeps an eye on the sun loungers to make sure people can't book them all day by just putting their towel on them and then disappearing for the day. He also limits each family to 3 sun loungers which makes it fair on everyone.
The closest beach is probably about 1km away and is easy to walk to. However the beach is a grey gravel type sand and there are countless stones everywhere especially as you walk into the sea which makes it very uncomfortable and sore on the feet. Cabopino beach is just a short drive away and is much nicer.
There are some lovely restaurants in the area and we can recommend La Parrilla de Viviana, Fantasia Ristorante Pizzeria and Restaurante Nuevo Siglo.
Overall I would 100% recommend this apartment.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Sharbel was excellent in terms of customer service as was Monica his manager. Plenty of space, reasonably well equipped perhaps a little dark but that is an advantage in the summer as it would be cool inside. Good sized balcony with good seating overlooking the excellent new Boulevard. Good bars and restaurants very near by. Pool and garden area looked very good but of course we did not use them apart from walking through the area.
