About this house rental
Bicocca is a bright house with parking, terrace and private garden. 80 m2, it has three main parts: the living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom. Its kitchen is abundantly equipped.
Located on the Domaine des Herbes, it gives access to the park and its various activities: tennis with a training wall, ping-pong table, playground for children, the stream. It is a starting walking tours to the forest or Boccage between farms and stables. The flower village of Touques is 3 km away. and the Deauville and Trouville stations are 5 km away.
You will be asked to send a deposit check of 800 euros before your arrival. This check will be returned in the week following your stay, or, if applicable, in the following month, less any repair costs.

Nous avons loue la bicoque pour 2 semaines en juillet et sommes pleinement satisfaits. La propriétaire a été très prévenante et la maison est très bien équipée. Le domaine est sublime en pleine nature..

Nous avons été conquis dès la première visite de ce domaine qui compte trois maisons. Nous cherchions alors un lieu à louer pour la soirée de notre mariage mais des la fin de la visite, avons revu nos plans et décidé de louer tout le domaine pour le weekend et d'offrir à nos invités non pas une journée mais un weekend de mariage. Le cadre est très pittoresque, l’entrée dans le domaine laisse rêveur et le parc, très bien entretenu offre une vue charmante sur les collines. L’intérieur des maisons a été pensé avec beaucoup de gout en gardant toute l’authenticité des demeures normandes. Les chambres sont très propres et présentent chacune leur identité et une vue imprenable sur le domaine. Nos invités étaient ravis. Le coté pratique a été tout autant pensé (grandes cuisines, grands frigidaires, grandes pièces...). La vaisselle à disposition est très élégante ce qui a beaucoup plus également.
Enfin, les lieux offraient un cadre très chaleureux et intime, ce qui était exactement ce que nous recherchions.
Pour conclure, nous recommandons vivement ce domaine !

Das Haus befindet sich in einer herrlichen, riesigen Anlage mit altem Park und zwei weiteren, größeren Herrenhäusern. Es liegt sehr ruhig und wir haben zur Freude der Kinder an vielen Abenden ein Käuzchen gehört ;-) Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie dahin gereist und hatten absolut ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war einmal sehr gut. Allerdings mussten wir hier ein ärgerliches Problem mancher FeWo feststellen, nämlich mangelnde Wartung bzw. Pflege des Inventars. Dinge, die kaputt gegangen oder verschwunden sind, werden offenbar nicht mehr ersetzt (Gardinenklammern, Fensterbrett, Ausstattung Spielplatz...). Desweiteren ist die Beschreibung des Angebots (zum Buchungszeitpunkt Juli 2018) ganz klar nicht korrekt - so haben wir bei der Ankunft vor Ort erfahren, dass der häusliche Internetanschluss dauerhaft defekt ist und dass die im Angebot aufgeführte Waschmaschine (mit Trockner) nicht zur Verfügung steht. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit hier trotzdem sehr genossen!
