About this house rental
Pleasant timber frame house that respects the environment. Its wood fiber insulation, solar hot water, double flow VMC ensures excellent thermal comfort in all seasons
The ground floor includes: WC, bathroom, large living room with a wood stove, the kitchen with storage room is fully fitted (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave ... ...).
It is open to the dining room and the living room.
It is equipped with a television, two sofas, sofa bed and BZ; its sliding partition allows it to be transformed into a bedroom.
Wi-Fi internet connection is available free of charge
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. A relaxation area on the landing with a bench seat. A bathroom with WC.
Baby equipment available on request.
Outside, facing south, an enclosed pleasure garden with a large terrace, equipped for dining with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers.
Parking for two vehicles is provided in the courtyard at the rear of the property.

House was wonderful, clean and had all the resources you needed, including a washing machine, which is so wonderful. Location was perfect. The town is beautiful and you’re close to the arcade which is wonderful as well. Very happy with our stay here. Dominique was amazing to work with and extremely responsive.

I spent 3 days here as I was exploring Normandy. I REALLY LIKED the place. It was easy to get to, easy to get the keys and paperwork. The owners are VERY NICE!!! The place was very clean. Lots of space. I REALLY LOVED the wood burning Stove. Great smell, easy to use, very warm. Beds were comfy. It was quiet. Great location for Normandy. GREAT PRICE for what you get!!
