About this house rental
The house is completely covered with black zinc. It is new. It is located in a very quiet protected area. The garden in two parts is 1600 m2 and gives directly on the hole number 14 of the Golf (direct access). The house is located 10 minutes by bike from the beach and shops (bike path 100 m from the house which directly reaches the beach. Possibility to park cars on the part of the garden overlooking the road. The house is 165 m2 on the ground. There is parquet throughout the house and cement tiles in the kitchen and a bathroom. It consists of a living room of 78 m2 including a large open kitchen (pyrolysis oven, 1st fridge under the central island, sink, 3 induction hobs, 2 gas hobs, 1 hood 1 m wide, under storage of work, 6 linear m of work plan, 2 heating lamps as in large kitchens;) .... the room then gives onto a B&B Italia table of 2. 6 m and a contemporary living room with a stove. This room is very bright because crossing east-west. The west side opens onto large bay windows opening onto a 35 m2 terrace and an enclosed garden of around 1,200 m2 with direct access to hole number 14 on the golf course. There are 4 separate bedrooms (one of 18 m2 with sink and 3 of 11 m2) including 3 located upstairs. The one of 18 m2 has a double bed (160x200) and the other 3 have a double bed (140x190).
There is a bathroom on each floor (walk-in shower, sink and wc (a dryer in the one on the first floor)). There is a closed rear kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a washing machine. There are 2 weber barbecues (charcoal and gas) and a garden furniture, a teak table for 8 as well as sunbathing. You can easily enjoy on Agon the various sports facilities (tennis, golf, pony club, sailing, sand yachting ...)
