About this house rental
Calm environment.
Our spacious townhouse on two floors of 135 m2 accommodates up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 WCs, 1 living room, patio out of sight, wifi.
Ideal location: sea at 100m and town center at 250m, everything can be done on foot: oyster market, restaurants, bars and small shops. Close to the customs trail and its beautiful walks.
Spacious kitchen with large table, functional, fully equipped.
3 bedrooms on the first floor (new bedding):
- bedroom 1, double bed 160 x 200 with shape memory
- bedroom 2, 2 single beds
- bedroom 3, 2 single beds, adjoining one of the two bedrooms, ideal for children or teenagers.
1 bedroom: master suite on the second floor:
- large landing
- 180 x 200 King size bed, new bedding.
- bathroom with spa bath
1 powder room on the ground floor.
2 independent toilets at each half-landing.
Patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- The charges (water, gas, electricity, internet) are included.
- Departure cleaning costs (if not done): 100 euros.
- Household linen included (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels).
- Deposit 400 euros.
- High chair and travel cot available.
- bikes and table tennis table available.
During school holidays, weekly rentals only.
Sea rental Cancale Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan, Brittany, Normandy landing beaches.
Close to the customs road (GR34); sandy beaches and crystal clear water.

Great location, free parking a fab bonus, spacious. Host was communicative and we were able to check in early. Our only criticism is there was sometimes a damp smell when we first entered after being out, but this went when we aired the rooms.This didn't cause any issues and we would definitely go again. Thank you for a lovely weekend

Un grand merci à Nathalie de nous avoir permis de passer un séjour agréable et inoubliable sur cancale. Le logement est très bien situé, rien à dire sur le logement. Tout est fonctionnel et un grand merci de nous avoir permis de partager ce séjour en famille dans la convivialité. J’y reviendrais c’est sure et certain. Merci à Nathalie qui est très à l’écoute.
