About this house rental
Our house is located 50m from the sea, with a small beach down the street ideal for high tide.
Also 200m from the Port of Porsguen and its nautical center. You will find 300m bar, restaurant, crêperie, breads, newspapers.
The center of Plouescat is 2 km away, with its weekly market on Saturday mornings, ideal for discovering the specialties of our region. You will spend an ideal family holiday in this small seaside resort with its 15 km coastline alternating large sandy beaches and rocky coves.
Walk or bike ride on the coastal paths.
A few kilometers from Ile de Batz, Morlaix Bay and the Château du Taureau, Océanopolis.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Komplett ausgestattet, wunderbare Küche, tolle Lage. Kejne 5 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer. Check-in völlig umkompliziert, sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Alles da was man für zwei Wochen Urlaub benötigt.
Leider waren zu unserer Reisezeit die in der Nähe gelegenen Restaurants und Crèperien geschlossen, ständig ausgebucht oder eher nicht zu empfehlen. In Roscoff, Morlaix, Brignogan gab es dafür reichlich Auswahl.
Die Küste ist dafür sehr abwechslungsreich und wunderschön.

Das Haus befindet sich unweit v. 2 Strände, beide innerhalb einer oder 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von da aus kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad die Umgebung erkunden. Zahlreiche Felsenformationen, Dolmen oder Menhir.
Fisch kann man nicht im benachbarten Großhandlung kaufen, der Fischhändler im Intermarché nimmt jede Bestellung entgegen und 1 x Mal in der Woche gibt eine Fischhändlerin auf dem Wochenmarkt. Guter Fleischhändler im Ort, Brot kann man in der benachbarten Crêperie kaufen ( Vorbestellung empfohlen ).
Der große Strand v. Der Emma kann man mit dem Auto ( ca 4/5 kms ) erreichen ideal für Kyte- oder Windsurfer.
Restaurant direkt am Strand ( Roch’ ar Mor ) akzeptable Qualität.
Die Ausstattung - Möbel, Geschrirr, Wäsche, ausreichend für normale Urlauber - entspricht der Beschreibung, vorteilhaft zus. Dusche und Toilette im Parterre.
2 Kl. Terrassen sonnenseitig mit Gartenmöbel vorhanden, absolute Ruhe bis auf 1 paar Mal wöchentlich Jetflüge allerdings Höhenflüge. Keine richtige Störung.
Ich kann keine negativen Punkt ausführen, wir waren 3 Wochen im Juni 2018 dort und würde jederzeit dort mieten.
Maison bien située près de 2 plages accessibles à pied ( 50 m. pour la plus proche et moins de 10 minutes pour la grande plage ) , possible point de départ pour randonnées à pied ou vélo pour découvrir rochers aux formes bizarres, Dolmen et autres Menhir.
Le vivier situé à proximité ne vend pas aux particuliers mais le poissonnier de l’intermarché de Plouescat prend toute commande même singulière, 1 fois par semaine la poissonnerie locale est au marché hebdomadaire. Boucher-traiteur à Plouescat, dépôt de pain à la crêperie ( pas très commerçants ) à 30 mètres ( commander le pain 1 j. à l’avance )
Plage de Ker Emma à env. 4 kms paradis de la glisse, un restaurant classique sur la plage ( Roch’ar Mor ) de qualité acceptable.
La description de la maison est exacte, le mobilier, linge et vaisselle suffisants pour tous vacanciers ( sauf pour chef 2 étoiles ). Environnement calme troublé une fois par quelques passages rapides de jets de la base aéronavale voisine mais en altitude.
2 terrasses ensoleillées, meubles de jardins.
Rien à critiquer………notre séjour de 3 semaines date de Juin 2018.
Recommandons cette location.
