Located in the heart of Burgundy, in Cote d'Or, in a hilly and green region, this old property has been completely restored in a contemporary style respecting the historic structure of the house. Walled park 7,500 m2, 2 bourgeois residences overlooking the valley, with a view of the Château des Comtes de Grancey. Property in perfect condition, 11 bedrooms including 6 suites, 7 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 1 TV / Cinema room, 1 teen area, 3 fully equipped kitchens, swing, trampoline, table tennis, 4 huge cellars with access from the park for reception, parties. This huge house will allow you to enjoy space, authenticity, comfort with many friends or large families. The multiple living rooms and kitchens will allow parents to take a real vacation and large children to live their independence in complete safety!
This region of Burgundy has kept all its authenticity. Stone village, Oak Forest, village and places steeped in history. (the region is the cradle of the order of the Templars, the surrounding villages still present multiple monuments built at the time). A super stay and a great space to celebrate a large family birthday (20 people).Lots of interest for kids and well equipped though sometimes finding things in the chaotically arranged kitchen storage areas proved a challenge.Beds were spotlessly clean though the large house was dusty in parts.Overall we loved our stay so thank you

- beautiful house with plenty of space for large groups and small children- beautiful, large park-like property- The surroundings are very rural and quiet, which we really enjoyed. Those who prefer a more urban setting will have a harder time finding them; there are no bakeries, cafes, restaurants or small grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The nearest larger town with good shopping options is about 18 km away.- the advertising pictures correspond essentially to reality, but it would be really helpful to give a reference between the pictures and the list of rooms and bath rooms. For example, many rooms have an en-suite bathroom, but in the main house 4 rooms share one bathroom which is not clear from the picture or the list of bathrooms. In addtition, it would also be interesting to see the room layout between the main house and the annex. Even though many of the pictures show a fireplace, none of them can be used, which is a bit unfortunate.- The deposit is easily handled via an online service, no cash required- Summary, we loved the house and the location and we can definetly recommt it to large group of friends / family with children.

what a price for such a nice villa. We came with 25 friends, and it was perfect. 2 separate villas, a huge garden and a lot of stuff to do. Landlady was super cute and nice. It is even nicer than the pictures.

We were a group of 5 families with children of various ages. The property was spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of room inside and outside for the children to play. Overall, we could not have asked for more.
