This pleasant, spacious and carefully decorated apartment is very bright and calm.
It is located near the main axes allowing easy access and is not overlooked.
You are in town while enjoying a green, shaded setting.
The double exposure and the brand new external blind allow ventilation of the apartment which is never hot.
Permanent private outdoor car park in the shade.
Private bicycle garage and access to network of cycle paths for walks on the lake and beaches or mountains.
Very central in Annecy: in just 15 minutes on foot, you can get to the city center, the lake or the SNCF train station. You also have a bus at 80 m which drops you off there directly in 5-7 min.
All the local shops are at the foot of the residence (convenience store, pharmacy, 2 bakeries) and 5 minutes away from the post office, dry cleaning, tobacco-newspapers, caterer, fruit and vegetables, florist, shoemaker, etc.

We had a FANTASTIC stay at Nathalie’s apartment! The apartment is neat, spacious, light and well-appointed. The Carrefour for groceries is next door and it is a short walk to the old city. Nathalie was extremely helpful with any other information we needed. We will be back next year!

We had a very nice vacation in Annecy, which is a fantastic destination and the appartement was one of the reasons we had a very nice vacation. It is located close to the lake and the old Annecy in walking distance. The appartement was very clean, beautiful and practical and Nathalie was a fantastic host. She was very accesible, kind, very helpful if we had questions or needed help, which was very nice.
We would highly recommend the appartment and the amazing Annecy as a possible holiday destination.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant appartement très bien équipé et décoré. L'accueil est même agrémenté d'un apéritif de bienvenue! L'appartement est situé à deux pas du centre-ville historique, vous y accédez ainsi qu'au lac très facilement en bus ou à vélo. Vous disposez aussi de tous les commerces de proximité (pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture!). Seul bémol pour les amoureux du silence, le bruit de la ville... Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances en famille !
