Cozy apartment of 40 m2 in a dead-end property on raised terraced land with open views and which can accommodate up to 4 people: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), dressing room, bathroom area with basin and shower in the Italian. Very good quality fittings, living room with chaise longue convertible into a double bed (140x200) comfortable dining area, fully equipped open modern kitchen. Built-in toilet. Numerous and varied equipment: reversible air conditioning, flat screen TV, internet access, kitchen with gas hobs, electric cooking ovens, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerators, separate freezer, washing machine, iron iron, vacuum cleaner.
Household linen and sheets are provided.
Exteriors: terraces offering nearly 30 m2 of surface paved with stone, large parasol 4mx4m. Access to swimming pool 11m x 5.5m offering a beach of 2mx4m, a wide staircase of 5m x 1.5m and a jacuzzi, the filtration is with salt. The maintenance of the swimming pool is ensured throughout the duration of the stay.
A gas griddle is also available for outdoor meals and the terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs and sunbeds.
A large parking area can accommodate several vehicles, an additional outdoor parking space is also available.
A playground allows children to play in complete safety and adults to practice games of petanque (provision of petanque balls on request).
The land, with a drop of 8.5m, offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.

Location plus que conforme à la description, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La piscine est magnifique et alors que dire du salon marocain très appréciable. Le village de Garéoult est très sympa avec son très grand marché. Pour résumer, Location et région parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances. Au plaisir de ce revoir. François et Chritèle

When we arrived, we were very pleased, since the home looked better than the pictures! We were also welcomed with some tea by the property owner, which was very kind.The property was lovely and clean, with a well equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were several sitting areas, both inside and out, and the decks around the pool were great for relaxing. There is also a ping-pong table.The owners were very helpful with any questions we had, and also had information on local areas to visit, restaurants and so on. We went to one of those restaurants one evening - noted in the Michelin guide - and it was excellent!The centre of town is about 10 or 15 minutes walk from the property, so it is easy to get groceries or visit the market, as we did one day.Arles, Avignon, Aix and Nimes are all reachable from the property, as is the Gorges du Verdon and the Cote dAzur. We can definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay in a very pleasant environment.
