About this apartment rental
Studio 17 m² with all mod cons, accommodation classified as "furnished tourism" (1 star, June 2015) in a beautiful residence, close to the city center (10 min / 550 m from the thermal baths) at the starting point GR, horse-riding leisure, walks and sledge (summer / winter) with reserved parking space. Close to all amenities, free shuttles in winter (departure from the slopes at 15 min and arrival at the foot of the residence).
East exposure with mountain view "Grande cascade", the studio is located on the ground floor of a building with "disabled" access, very quiet, bright and fully equipped:
1) Entrance with large cupboards (iron, vacuum cleaner and many blankets, pillows, mattress covers, sheets not supplied), access to bathroom with WC (hip shower, hand wash, washing machine, towel dryer and storage).
2) Living room with floating floor on the ground, comprising:
- kitchen area with hob, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker with cutlery and crockery for 4 people (max.)
- living area with a convertible sofa type "BZ" (2 people) + 2 bunk beds (retractable along the wall if not used), flat screen TV compatible MP3 / MPEG4, DVD player, radio alarm clock, table and folding chairs and household products
Secure building door (digital code), cellar with individual room closed upstairs (to be requested at the time of booking).

Location bien petit bémol un peu petit même pour 2 et chauffage moyen (peu être par ce que c'était la saison morte et que le syndic baisse le chauffage collectif de la residence).
Déneigement des parkings de la résidence insuffisant, voire peu être avec la mairie, même le parking de la ville au dessus de la résidence mal déneigé.
Sinon avons passé un bon séjour
