About this apartment rental
Located in a quiet mountain village on the Gavot plateau and at the entrance to the Abondance valley, the apartment is on the ground floor of our house.
This old farmhouse from 1832 faces south. From the apartment, in any season, you will have a superb view of the valley and the mountain.
The house is located in the heart of the Chablais Geopark. It presents and explains the geological attractions of the region. http: // www. geopark chablais. com /
You will have a living room with fully equipped kitchen. A spacious bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two pull-out beds and the sofa bed in the main room can accommodate 5 people. The bathroom with wc has a walk-in shower. You will have a comfortable stay thanks to the 60m² of the apartment, its terrace and access to the garden.
In the village you will find all the amenities: supermarket, doctors, dentist, garage owners, postal agency.
By car you will be 5 minutes from the stations of Bernex and Thollon, 15 minutes from Abondance, 30 minutes from Chatel and for the view and relaxation 20 minutes from Lake Geneva. Geneva and its airport are 1 hour away.
In summer you can practice mountain hiking (the GR5 passes in front of the house), mountain biking, canionning, and for the more daring, paragliding, sailing, horse riding, many other activities and also lazing around.
Our apartment benefits from the Clévacances label with the comfort level 3 keys.
If you do not wish to do the cleaning at the end of the stay, we can take care of it for 60 €.
