About this apartment rental
We rent our apartment on the neck of the cross fry.
The apartment has been completely renovated this summer. The apartment has been rated 3 stars by the office furniture tourism.
For hikers our friends: the departure of the Beauregard plateau at the foot of the residence, the massive spreading the Sulens, Mount charvin, and all roads in the area are for you.
For our cycling friends: the neck of the Fry crosses the Col des Aravis, the colombière, bike path around the lake of Annecy and many other delight you. (Possibility of having a foot shop in the garage)
sporting events to come: the cyclo Grand Bo (road), the rock of the Alps (ATVs) and the trails KV
The apartment has a separate bedroom, shower room and separate WC
The kitchen is new with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave
The ski slopes are 3 minutes walk
A private garage is available as well as an outdoor parking space.
A cellar and a ski locker are included.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nicolas. Le logement est facile d'accès, sécurisé, au calme avec une vue magnifique très appréciable au réveil. Le service du petit déjeuner est top aussi. Nous avons aussi apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et les bonnes adresses de Nicolas, encore merci pour tout.

Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique.
Odeur très forte d’humidité et d’égout dans le couloir de la résidence.
Chambre trop petite et une odeur d’égout dans les toilettes est très présente.
Cuisine et pièce à vivre bien aménagées et agréables !
Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
