Ideally situated at the gateway of the beautiful city of UZES (4 km), in an authentic wild nature, at the edge of the national forest and the garrigue, this private property offers a magnificent landscaped wellkept garden covering 5000 m2, with turf and Mediterranean species, embellished with a beautiful pool.
The family house will charm you with its elegant clean lines , its fluid
layout offering beautiful spacious bright rooms, and the nobility of its
stones and materials.
The villa extends itself towards a spacious veranda covered by the roof extension. It is lined with 3 stone arches opening onto the swimming-pool.
There, too, you will find an outdoor barbecue and a pingpong table.
Thanks to the electric lighting of the veranda, of the pool and the garden, the evening atmosphere is really pleasant.
The house of 250m2 is well equiped and fitted out to accommodate up to 12 persons, 2 or 3 families, with its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Sunshine and coolness will be expected with the air-conditioning in the living-room as well as in all the bedrooms.

A lovely spacious and comfortable house with great grounds. Apparently a family home with many pleasing pictures and ornaments. Very well-equipped kitchen. Great pool with lots of outside furniture. Our hosts, Jean-Philippe and Catherine, were amenable and friendly. Unfortunately half-way through the week there were a lot of wasps around the pool, possibly because of the time of year (last half of August) but we were too busy to contact our hosts to ask if they could sort the problem. There was no wasp problem earlier in the week and possibly not earlier in the season. We were lucky that our car (Volvo XC40) was no wider because of the very narrow track up to the house, partly flanked by rough stone walling. Despite of this, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is amazing with all high level standards to enjoy family gathering in a comfortable way.
The entire property is even better than what the photo is showing and it was a great time to get some rest in this well balance home and environment.
After the first time within the path between very nice stones it seems easy with such a great proximity with Uzes and other beautiful villages.
The owner was so great to interact with and accommodating with special situations - we are grateful to have met them and having been able to enjoy their amazing home.
We recommande it and will definitely come back at some point.
