Fully equipped house with WIFI - 3 bedrooms - 200 m from the center - shops and beaches all on foot.
Quiet, welcoming, practical and easy to live in, it is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends in an exceptional environment.
Fully equipped to allow you to spend a holiday with all possible comfort the house is south facing with large bay windows which overlook the garden to benefit from maximum light.
The entrance opens onto a spacious, bright and comfortable living / dining room.
The friendly American kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) with a large adjoining utility room with washing machine, freezer and WiFi internet connection (television connected to the ORANGE network, 140 TV channels).
Two separate sleeping areas:
_ The master suite with double bed 160 * 200 and dressing room. An adjoining bathroom with WC.
_ The blue room and the "tropical" room with double bed 140 * 190. An adjoining bathroom and WC.
The south-facing terrace and garden offer you a play or relaxation area according to everyone's wishes with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue ...

Location en tous points conformes à l'annonce. Maison très fonctionnelle, bien agencée et équipée. Espace extérieur agréable, lieu très calme. Il faut souligner la proximité de la mer et des commerces (à pied). De plus la côte est magnifique et les possibilités d'évasion nombreuses. A recommander.

Si on veut vraiment chercher les pistes d'amélioration on dira :
Taille de 2 des 3 lits doubles de 1.35m seulement...un peu petit...1.60m devient maintenant la norme.....et puis avoir un peu plus de vaisselle (couteaux qui coupent vraiment !,..

Unser Aufenthalt in Tregastal war traumhaft! Das Ferienhaus der Familie Pastor ist wunderschön! Alles neu, sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen herzlichen Dank an die nette Familie Pastor!
