About this house rental
Old 15th century house renovated close to the church square at the foot of the PESTEILS castle.
15 min from AURILLAC and 15 min from the SUPER-LIORAN ski resort.
The house is on three levels served by two staircases.
on the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with everything you need and a fireplace. On the first floor, the living room with another fireplace and a sofa bed, a TV and a computer with internet connection. From this floor you have access to a small balcony and to the utility room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and two single beds in an alcove.
The house is located in the heart of the village of Polminhac, at the foot of the Château de Pesteils, a few steps from the church square and close to all shops (butchers, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, hairdresser).
Visits: Pesteil castle, Pas de Cére, Plomb du Cantal, Puy Mary, Salers, AURILLAC street festival in August.

C'est la seconde fois que je loue ce gîte. Il y a tout le confort.

Le logement est très agréable, la literie confortable et la décoration est sympa.
La remise des clés via la boîte à clés est très pratique.
Seul bémol, le froid dans le logement lorsque l'on est arrivé, nous aurions apprécié qu'une petite flambée nous attende.
Les petites attentions de notre hôte, font vite oublier ces petits désagrément.
